Kendall S. Wood, D.D.S. Kendall received a Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in 1989. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1993. Kendall is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association, the Southern Willamette Dental Society, and the CORE study group.
